The pasta hasn't changed since 2010
In 2010, chef Enzo Marturano opened the first Enzo’s Cucina in Chipping Norton, NSW. What began as one family kitchen has grown across Western Sydney and the Gold Coast.
Every batch is still made in-house each morning by chefs who were taught by the people who were taught by Enzo. Bottomless doesn’t mean cutting corners — it means we make a lot of it.
