Enzo Marturano (Group Executive Chef) puts a modern twist on home style Italian food with Italian inspired tapas plates.

The tradition of Enzo’s mother’s homemade meatballs, loved since the doors of the first Enzos Cucina opened in Chipping Norton NSW in 2010, remain unchanged on the menu.

The soft gnocchi are also made from scratch, along with the perfect potato dumplings which are made by Enzo’s nephews for the Group.

The group pastry chef is Enzo’s sister Rosetta.
